Indoor Velodrome

 

With a covered wooden track, the indoor velodrome is open 365 days a year and allows professionals, sports clubs,
teams and amateurs to practice track cycling in any season.
Thanks to the controlled conditions of the facility, it is possible to train continuously regardless of external weather conditions,
benefiting from a surface designed to offer fluidity, safety and high performance.

The indoor velodrome represents a reference point for those wishing to approach this discipline or perfect their technique.
The facility is suitable both for experienced athletes and for those wishing to discover the fascination of track cycling for the first time,
with spaces dedicated to training and services designed to guarantee a complete experience..

Rental bicycles are fitted with MICHE MT4 pedals, compatible with the velodrome's rental shoes.
It is possible to wear your own shoes by bringing your own pedals, which can be fitted to the bicycle before accessing the track.

Helmet sizes: S/M/ L
Children’s shoe sizes: EU 34-37 / UK 1.5-3.5 / US 3-5
Adult shoe sizes: EU 37-48 / UK 4-13 / US 6-14


To access the indoor velodrome, it is recommended to attend a basic introductory course.

Free sessions allow independent training and progressive improvement of technique, speed and bicycle control.
The CMFG ARENA velodrome offers an ideal environment for both maintaining physical fitness and preparing for competitions and events,
thanks to a track designed to meet the standards required by modern track cycling.


CMFG ARENA VEODROME SUBSCRIPTION

Monthly subscription of CHF 90/month to access the velodrome during free sessions.
Subscription holders have the option of renting a track bicycle and equipment on site for CHF 20 (instead of CHF 40).

In addition to single admissions and monthly subscriptions, CMFG ARENA offers flexible solutions for regular velodrome users,
with six-monthly and annual subscription formulas designed for sportspeople, associations and enthusiasts who want to train throughout the year.

It is also possible to consider renting the entire facility for events, dedicated training, group activities or organised sporting initiatives.

Once the subscription is activated, bookings can always be made directly from the website.

LEVEL 1

With the option to rent bicycles, shoes and helmets on site and under the supervision of a monitor, anyone has the opportunity to have fun and discover track cycling, a sporting discipline not yet present south of the Alps. Also suitable for people with physical disabilities or limited motor skills.

The introductory course allows participants to learn the basics of track riding, safety rules, correct use of the track bicycle and fundamental techniques for tackling banked corners safely. It is the ideal starting point for those wishing to discover the world of the velodrome and gain greater confidence before participating in free sessions.
