Bed Preparation

Each guest prepares their own bed independently

Room Cleaning

Rooms are cleaned only at the end of the stay
and not on a daily basis

Used sheets

At the end of the stay, used bedsheets must be removed
and placed in the designated areas

Essentials

Towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryers,
and other personal care or hygiene products
are not provided.
Please bring everything you need from home!

Can accommodate up to 4 people
and all feature a small balcony

Each room has a private,
barrier-free bathroom

Cancellation Policy

30-15 days before arrival:
50% of the total amount
14-7 days before arrival:
75% of the total amount
6-0 days / no-shows:
