The CMFG ARENA ski simulator allows you to train throughout the year in a controlled and safe environment,
ideal both for those who want to approach winter sports and for athletes looking to perfect their technique, balance and coordination. 

Each session can be personalised according to the athlete's level and objectives.

ALPINE SKI SIMULATOR

Similar to a standard treadmill but much larger, the ski treadmill simulates the conditions of a real alpine descent while wearing skis.
The adjustable angle and speed make this state-of-the-art machine the perfect tool for your training.
The ski simulator can be used with skis or with a snowboard.

YEAR-ROUND SKI TRAINING

The ski treadmill is an innovative solution unique in Ticino for maintaining training continuity even out of season.

The simulator is suitable for both beginners and experienced skiers and allows work on posture, corner management and fluidity of movement.
It is also a highly valued tool for athletic preparation and indoor ski training, thanks to the ability to perform specific exercises in a consistent and repetitive manner.

CLOTHING AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE INDOOR SKI SIMULATOR

Comfortable, full-length clothing suitable for movement is recommended.
For a better experience, lightweight gloves and breathable technical clothing are also recommended.

Skis or snowboard, poles and boots are available for rental directly at the arena.
Use of rental skis or board is mandatory for the simulator.
Helmet and boots, however, can be your own. For better training - especially for athletes - the use of personal boots is recommended.

The price list includes the mandatory presence of a CMFG ARENA supervisor and equipment rental.
During the activity, users are supervised to ensure safety, technical support and correct use of the alpine ski simulator.
